When the crisis occurs, it is too late to plan and implant actions to be taken. Only a continuity plan will enable you to effectively react to different situations to protect your employees, your strategic information, your operations and ultimately ensure the continuity of your organization. As a leader it is your obligation and your responsibility.
This interactive course will allow you, over the meetings, to build a Business Continuity Plan customized for your company.

Prerequisites:

Be aware of the concepts of prevention and style-conscious in trying to establish a risk management policy within his organization.

Target audience:

Key post within the company (President, CEO and Director, Financial Controller) or Specialist (manager of buildings, security, risk, safety and health, etc.) which has an excellent knowledge of the workings and Process business.

Objectives :

1. Being able to test your plan during the simulations;
2. Being able to familiarize the staff with their respective tasks in crisis situations;
3. Acquire the knowledge to adjust your plan based on the natural evolution of your organization.

Course duration: 5 days / 1 day a week

Content:

DAY 1 AM
Presentation of theoretical concepts ;
- The succession plan;
- Continuity management business;
- The Business Continuity;
- The methodology of a business continuity (BCP);
- The organizational structure of a PCA.
DAY 1 PM
Preparation of the functional specifications;
DAY 2 AM
The operations that are critical to your business
The priority functions of your business
DAY 2 PM
Beginning of the drafting of the Plan under the supervision of the trainer
DAY 3 AM
The strategy and objectives of the Plan;
The resources required for the implantation of the Plan.
DAY 3 PM
Following the drafting of the plan under the supervision of the trainer
DAY 4 AM
The key issues of your business;
The alert procedures and implementation of the plan.
DAY 4 PM
Following the drafting of the plan under the supervision of the trainer
DAY 5
Preparation of the final plan following with the functional analysis conducted workshops 1 to 4

Note :

Training developed by specialists in risk management (CRM) and Business Continuity (ABCP) based on the approach of DRI Canada and RIMS, supported by the analysis of value.

It is also worth noting that at the end of each training day, the participants will complete some work. Approximately half a day.
